Medical Courier-Tampa

Overview

Lab Corp seeks a Service Representative/Courier in Tampa, FL. In this role you will pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while maintaining excellent client service.

Company Vehicle: You will receive a company vehicle for the route. For $100 per month you may bring the vehicle home for personal use; the company covers all gas, tolls, and maintenance when used for personal purposes.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits:

• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pickup schedule promptly.
• Deliver all daily picks to the branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Operate the company vehicle safely and obey all traffic laws.
• Use the handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Assess traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Previous driver/courier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent punctuality with strong time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
