In this role, you will help coordinate daily logistics operations, manage shipment schedules, monitor inventory movements, and ensure the efficient transportation and distribution of goods. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Schedule transportation and communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
Track shipment statuses and provide updates on delivery progress.
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and transportation records.
Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate stock movement records.
Identify and resolve shipping delays, delivery discrepancies, and logistical issues.
Process orders and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient fulfillment.
Maintain accurate information in logistics and inventory management systems.
Monitor daily logistics activities and assist with improving operational efficiency.
Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and transportation providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and shipping regulations.
Support general warehouse and distribution operations as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements
