Our Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer’s accounts, ensuring that all items ordered are received.##
** Duties:
*** Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly
* Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
* Assist and train selection and replenishment personnel
* Manage and develop night shift personnel
* Maintain quality standards for order selection
* Maintain all safety activities for the night shift
* Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.
* Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.
* Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
* Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.##
** Basic Requirements**
* ** Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish required.
*** Must be a minimum of 18 years old
* Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Warehouse operations management experience desired
* Previous forklift certification and experience desired
* Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines
* Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical##
