Overview
The Warehousing Specialist supports MARCENT storage and distribution operations by managing inventory control, storage, and supply accountability. This role manages warehouse inventory, supports receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment, ensures accountability and distribution tracking, and implements USMC warehousing guidelines and safety standards. With 5–7 years of warehousing and logistics support experience, the specialist conducts system analysis of shipments and disposals, maintains shipping records and documents, inspects shipments, and coordinates for the fielding of Table of Equipment (T/E) and Principal End Items (PEI).
By applying expertise in warehousing processes and logistics accountability, the Warehousing Specialist ensures MARCENT supply operations remain efficient, compliant, and mission-ready. This employment is contingent upon contract award.
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Support receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure equipment accountability and distribution tracking.
- Implement USMC warehousing guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct warehousing operations and logistical supply support.
- Perform organizational-level processes and procedures for storage and issue.
- Analyze shipments, disposals, and supply-related problems.
- Maintain shipping records and documentation.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate fielding of Table of Equipment (T/E) and Principal End Items (PEI).
- Assist in developing SOPs for warehouse management and safety procedures.
- Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation accuracy and accountability.
- Contribute to lessons learned for warehousing and distribution operations.
- Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
- Ensure warehousing and distribution documentation is archived according to records management standards.

Education/Experience/Qualification- High School Diploma required.
- 5–7 years of experience in warehousing or logistics support roles.
- Experience in conducting warehousing operations and logistical supply support.
- Knowledge of organizational-level supply processes and procedures.
- Experience in shipment analysis, disposal actions, and problem resolution.
- Skilled in maintaining shipping records and related documentation.
- Ability to inspect shipments and coordinate fielding of T/E and PEI.
- Secret clearance required.
- Ability to manage inventory control processes effectively.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accountability for supplies and equipment.
- Proficiency in logistics and warehousing systems for tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple warehousing tasks simultaneously.
Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.
Warehouse and office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Includes handling, inspection, and storage of supplies and equipment.
Physical DemandsIncludes office work with computer systems and physical tasks related to warehousing such as lifting, moving, and inspecting equipment and supplies.
Work ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 0800–1600. May require flexibility during high-volume supply operations.
License and Other RequirementsValid U.S. Driver’s License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

Security ClearanceSecret clearance required.
TravelMay include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support warehousing and supply distribution requirements.
