The Warehouse Associate - Bilingual English & Spanish will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, optimizing delivery schedules, and managing inventory levels. The Warehouse Associate will communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. By utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the dispatcher will contribute to minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency in our supply chain.

Ultimately, this role is vital for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence within the warehouse environment.

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Occasionally aid drivers with deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Provide support to team members and clients, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Able to perform the essential duties of the job.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of performing all essential job functions.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and safely.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
