Warehouse Supervisor – Freezer Storage

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Freezer Storage to oversee daily warehousing operations, ensuring safe and efficient movement, storage, and shipping of goods and raw materials. The supervisor will coordinate with team members, monitor processes, enforce safety standards, and support scheduling and data entry into SAP.

• Coordinate workforce: assign tasks, monitor attendance, manage shift schedules to meet production targets.
• Enforce safety protocols: promote a safe environment, ensure procedures followed, conduct daily safety briefings.
• Monitor equipment & processes: oversee team performance and inventory management, maintain accurate SAP entry.
• Manage material flow: ensure raw materials and components are available, avoid delays or waste, prepare finished goods for timely shipment.
• Problem‑solving: address operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization: keep work areas organized, clean, compliant with safety and quality standards.

• Repetitive lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain complete, accurate written records.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years experience in a leadership role in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Successful completion of forklift driving training or safe handling demonstration.
• Proficient English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in challenging situations while fulfilling core responsibilities.
• Experience with inventory software and scanning devices; SAP experience highly desirable.

Full‑time salaried exempt position. Approximately 5 direct reports. Regular hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for evenings or weekends as required.

Fast‑paced freezer warehouse storage facility. Employees work near industrial lift equipment and pallet racking. Moderate noise level.
