About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bilingual Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator, fluent in English and Spanish
, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products, and operating a multidirectional forklift. You will work closely with our team to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move aluminum products within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of products.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and damage.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed, including staging orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Proven experience as a forklift operator and warehouse worker
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and recording information.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

You will also use your inventory management skills to assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
