Our client is an A1 Construction Developer

For constructions of either new HDB flats or Executive Condos or new Condominium projects sites

Looking for Candidates with any Previous working experiences in any type of construction projects / construction sites / construction Industry

Site Supervisor (for structure & architecture supervisors), focus on daily site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Site Supervisors are responsible for bridging the gap between site labor and management, focusing on daily logistics, worker productivity, and safety.

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily operations, structural, and architectural works on site to ensure they follow technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain work progress.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met, invite Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for inspections (e.g., plastering, RC structure, curb).
• Technical Drawing Interpretation: Check that all works adhere to approved construction drawings.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations (WSH), carry out safe work procedures, and conduct daily site inspections to minimize hazards.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain site records, monitor progress, and report to Project Managers/Site Managers.

• Experience: Previous experience in site supervision
• Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, good communication skills, and leadership skills.
