- Supervise and coordinate daily civil and structural (C&S) works at the construction site.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, materials, and site activities to meet project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and BCA requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues, technical discrepancies, and construction-related problems.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination of site works, timely completion of activities, and handover in accordance with project requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering and construction site supervision.
- Experience handling HDB BTO or building construction projects is an advantage.
