Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)

Working days & hours: 5 days (inclusive of both weekends);
Weekday (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM);
Weekend (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Working location (Current Hiring):

• Toa Payoh
• Tampines

(Willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies)

Salary: $2,650 - $3,500

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers.
• Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
• Build relationships with our customers.
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly.
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly.

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers.
• Responsible for centre’s inventory and simple logistics.
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents.

• Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service‑related job roles, preferably in enrichment centre settings.
• Proficient in Mac Book and G‑Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies.
