- Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.
- Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
- Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work 3 days a week from Friday to Sunday;
Duration : 7 hrs to 9.5 hrs - Able to work "retail hours" (nights and weekends)
