Childcare Educator (English)

Salary: $3,200 – $4,300 per month

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the centre’s curriculum framework.
• Observe and record children’s learning progress to support their individual development.
• Create hands‑on, play‑based activities that make learning enjoyable and relevant.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment where children feel secure and supported.
• Guide children gently in routines, social skills, and self‑help habits.
• Set up displays and resources that encourage curiosity and pride in learning.

• Communicate regularly with parents to build trust and involve them in their child’s learning.
• Work closely with fellow educators to plan lessons, events, and school celebrations.
• Uphold the centre’s values of respect, care, and teamwork in all interactions.

• ECDA-certified (ACEY, L1 or L2)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Warm, responsible, and enjoys working with young children
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage
