Centre Principal (Tampines / Labrador)
Vice Principal (Tampines)

- Lead and manage the centre’s daily operations in compliance with ECDA regulations
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of early childhood educators
- Guide curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of an inquiry- and play-based learning framework
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement
- Monitor enrolment, staff performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure a high standard of safety, hygiene, and learning environment within the centre
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
- Senior Teacher with ADECL / ADECT are welcomed to apply
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
- Able to vet Chinese Curriculum
- Minimum 2-5 years’ teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities, especially in building rapport with parents
- Creative marketing ideas to help drive enrolment growth
