Centre Operations & Administration
Oversee daily centre operations, opening and closing procedures
Ensure compliance with MOE, ECDA (if applicable), and company policies
Manage class schedules, room usage, and centre resources
Handle student enrolment, withdrawals, transfers, and records
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the centre at all times
Support and supervise teachers to ensure lesson quality and consistency
Monitor curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes
Conduct class observations and provide constructive feedback
Coordinate assessments, progress reports, and parent feedback
Uphold CMA’s teaching standards and academic values
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain teaching and admin staff
Prepare staff schedules, leave planning, and duty rosters
Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative centre culture
Serve as the main point of contact for parents and guardians
Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Conduct parent meetings, consultations, and open houses
Build long-term trust and relationships with families
Drive student enrolment and retention targets
Execute centre-level marketing initiatives and promotions
Support trial classes, school partnerships, and community outreach
Track and report enrolment numbers, conversion rates, and revenue
