The Services required are set out as follows:
Holding Area Duty

• Stationed at Holding Area daily, according to a duty roster planned by HOD (Student Management).
• Take attendance of students who report after 7.30am, key in the information on Excel worksheet (student name, class, reason of late coming, reporting time at Holding Area) and report to the relevant personnel in charge.
• Attend to unwell students who are sent by their teachers to the Holding Area. Duty includes calling the student’s parent to fetch their child to see a doctor and prepare the early release form for the student to be allowed to leave the school with the parent. Monitor the students waiting for their parents at the Holding Area, to ensure that the students are safe and accounted for.
  
  Compile data daily to send to HOD in charge.
• Support the Student Management Committee to update and track student disciplinary records. To ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission of all disciplinary data to HOD Student Management.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School Leaders or Head of Department.
