Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 month

School Environment | Contract Position

Aug 2026 – Oct 2026 (3 months)
Option to extend by 9 months + 9 months

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
• Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support preferred
• MOE school experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with data entry and school administrative systems

• Supervise students during detention and suspension sessions
• Manage discipline room operations and attendance records
• Maintain student disciplinary and attendance data
• Support student behaviour monitoring and case follow-ups
• Assist with school patrols, student supervision, and examination duties
• Liaise with teachers and school leaders on student matters
• Support restorative and behavioural development initiatives

• Mon–Thu: 7:30am – 4:30pm (30‑min lunch break)
• Fri: 7:30am – 4:00pm (30‑min lunch break)
• No work on weekends and public holidays
• Additional approved hours compensated with time‑off

• Calm, professional, and confident when engaging students
• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to handle challenging situations with discretion and sound judgement
• A supportive team player with a positive approach to student development
