Training Executive needed 5 days work week

Primary Responsibilities:

Curriculum and System Development

• Coordinator for OJT system and assist in the development of its blueprint.
• Develop refresher materials based on WSQ training materials and Company Circulatory
• To review WSQ course materials periodically to ensure its effectiveness
• Identify and recommend training needs of departments by continuous communication with department heads.
• Brief and orientate trainers on WSQ training course deliverables before they conduct any WSQ training
• Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
• Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop and courses.
• Work with vendor on the development of e-Learning design and content
• Management of Learning Management System (LMS) which includes enrolment, monitoring, and tracking
• Support trainers to conduct trainings for multiple locations in Singapore.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/Training or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training design, development, delivery experience or related field preferred.
• Possess in-depth knowledge on vocational training and experience in a newly set-up environment
• ACLP certification is preferred.
