As a Full-Time Tutor at Tutor John Learning Centre, you will deliver engaging lessons, monitor student progress, and contribute to curriculum development to support student success in Primary and Secondary education.

• Conduct engaging tuition classes for Primary and Secondary students to enhance learning outcomes
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Tutor John's in-house curriculum and teaching materials to ensure consistent quality
• Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement
• Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas requiring additional support
• Maintain clear and timely communication with parents regarding student performance when required
• Assist in lesson planning, curriculum enhancement, and development of teaching resources to improve instructional effectiveness
• Support school holiday programmes, revision workshops, and enrichment classes to extend learning opportunities
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and centre events to foster collaboration and professional growth
• Maintain a positive, organised, and professional classroom environment conducive to learning

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Strong academic background in the subjects taught
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient, and able to work well in a team

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students

• 5-Day Work Week
• Weekdays: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Weekends (where applicable):
  Morning/Afternoon classes
• One weekday and one weekend day off (subject to operational needs)

• Monthly Salary: S $3,300 - S $3,800 (depending on qualifications and experience)
