Hours:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Location:

• Tampines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Associate Engineers/Technicians in all test-related activities for Server & Rack products.

• Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products.

• Perform and maintain run-in, burn-in, and power test processes.

• Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and maintenance.

• Analyze production failures and collaborate with customers/HQ/factory for improvements.

• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain test program master lists and tracking records.

• Prepare and update Working Instructions (WIs) and provide team training.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

• Provide production support during mass runs.

• Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing/testing environments
  .

• Experience leading a technical team in testing, failure analysis, and implementing/maintaining test programs.

• Knowledge of SAP and Linux systems.

• Strong understanding of test methods, procedures, and debugging skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors
  .

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
