Process Engineer

Process Engineer | Up to $5,500 @ Tampines

Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve production, quality, yield, and operational targets.

Collaborate with global technology teams on process alignment, qualification activities, and evaluation of new suppliers or consumables.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive process capability improvements and yield enhancement initiatives.

Lead troubleshooting activities for process‑related issues, defects, and yield losses.

Drive continuous improvement projects and implement sustainable corrective actions for recurring quality and process challenges.

Develop and standardize best practices, operational routines, and innovative solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Perform statistical data analysis and interpret process trends to support process optimization and decision‑making.

Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Analysis, DOE, and risk assessment tools including FMEA.

• Degree in Engineering or Science‑related disciplines.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and data analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Possess a strong learning mindset with curiosity and willingness to continuously improve.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as JMP is preferred.
• Experience with Visual Basic, databases, and query tools will be an added advantage.
