• A MNC Marine & Transit Claims Consultants Company

• LCCI and/or Diploma in Accounting/Banking/Finance

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: ≥ 2 years

• Generate invoices and perform postings to general ledger
• Daily operations related to AR and AP (Data entries)
• Relief and Back-up AR & AP staffs when they are on leave or sick
• Preparation of bank reconciliation for all the banks
• Assist the Manger on monthly and yearly financial closing and reporting
• Preparation of journals, schedules, reconciliations of funds and travel float
• Assist with our annual audit preparation
• Undertake other reasonable accounting duties

• Available at short notice
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Diligently and good time management to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to details and Meticulous with numbers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• High level of integrity in handling financial information
