About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and managing patient appointmentsPreparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well‑stocked and cleanAssisting healthcare providers with various clinical tasks as neededMaintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical recordsHandling basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and inventory managementEnsuring a comfortable and safe environment for both patients and staffWhat we're looking for
Minimum N/O Level GraduateMinimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and staff in a friendly and professional mannerExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using electronic medical record systems and standard office softwareDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with medical terminology and proceduresWhat we offer
