We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic.

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
• Assisting healthcare providers with various clinical tasks as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
• Handling basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management
• Ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for both patients and staff

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and standard office software
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
