Procurement Officer needed 5 days work week

JOB PURPOSE:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support andmanage key procurement activities within the department.

• Process monthly stock indents and purchase requisitions, and generate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Oversee daily purchasing operations, including planning, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to address purchasing needs and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
• Escalate supplier-related issues when necessary to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
• Supportad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.

• Ensure full compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures at alltimes.
• Assistin sourcing competitive quotations and gathering product samples in accordance with operational requirements and quality standards.
• Fosterand maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and long-term collaboration.
