Mass Hiring:
Logistics Specialist (Sept / Oct Intake) (10 Pax)
Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
Working Time: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Day Shift) / 8:00pm - 8:00am (Night Shift)
Working Days: 4 working days per week (Fixed Sunday off)
Location:
Tampines

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and process import/export documentation, customs declarations, permits and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, trade policies, export control requirements and company procedures.
- Support EAR (Export Administration Regulations) compliance and export control requirements.
- Handle and coordinate Singapore Customs permits, including Bulk Permit requirements where applicable.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs agents and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, investigate delays and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement and planning teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare operational reports.
- Support inventory movement, shipment planning and continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, shipping, customs or supply chain
, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Working knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, import/export procedures, customs permits and trade policies.
- Experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Familiar with freight forwarding and shipment coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
- Semiconductor or manufacturing experience is required.
