Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspect the school premises, report defects and follow up on maintenance works.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and facilities management services.
  • Support the Bedok Rejuvenated Campus readiness and campus relocation activities.
  • Monitor security, safety systems and emergency exercises such as fire drills.
  • Supervise cleaning, pest control, waste management and landscaping services.
  • Arrange logistics for school events, examinations, furniture movement and venue setup.
  • Maintain asset records, operational reports, SOPs, budgets and procurement documents.
