Operation Support Officer |School

Job Description

The Service Provider shall be responsible for carrying out the following

duties:

• 1. General Cleanliness
  - Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned equipment and workplace areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• 2. Logistical Support
  - Provide assistance for school events and activities, including the transportation, arrangement, and setup of furniture and equipment.
• 3. Contractor Escorting
  - Escort and supervise external contractors during maintenance or repair works on school premises, ensuring security and compliance with school protocols.
• 4. Safety Monitoring
  - Monitor school premises for any potential safety hazards and take prompt action or report them to the relevant authority.
• 5. Fault Reporting
  - Identify and report any building faults or maintenance issues observed within the school compound.
• 6. Cleaning of Assigned Areas
  - Perform routine cleaning of designated rooms, which includes sweeping, mopping, emptying rubbish bins, wiping surfaces, and arranging tables and chairs neatly.
• 7. Ad-hoc Duties
  - Perform duties independently and undertake any other tasks as assigned by School Leaders, the Operations Manager, or the Admin Manager, as required.
