Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,300 - $2,700
What You'll Be Doing- Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
- Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line
- Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment by following 5S and housekeeping practices
- Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Support operational requirements and work on rotating shifts when required
- 1–2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
- Comfortable using screwdrivers, hand tools, and assembly equipment
- Basic computer literacy for production-related tasks
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during work shifts
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when required
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment
