Assembly Operator

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month (depending on relevant experience)

Shift Allowance:

• Day Shift (12-hour): S $12 per worked shift
• Night Shift (12-hour): S $24 per worked shift
• Meal Allowance: S $8 per worked day
• Transport Allowance: S $8 per worked day

Sundays are designated rest days.

• Training Period (First 3 Months):
  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• After Training:
  Rotating shifts monthly
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
• Work patterns:
  Monday – Thursday/Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday/Wednesday – Saturday

• Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets.
• Perform assembly work on the production line.
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, rack building, and related production activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
• Comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in server assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing production.
• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts after the training period.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
