Engineering Technician (Manufacturing) | Up to $4,500 | Tampines | 4-Day Work Week

Salary & BenefitsBasic Salary: Up to $4,500/month (based on experience)
Additional Allowances
- Day Shift (12 hours): +$12 per shift
- Night Shift (12 hours): +$24 per shift
- Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday
Location: Tampines
4-Day Work Week
Every Sunday Off
Working HoursTraining Period (First 3 Months)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
- Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Choose one fixed work pattern:
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot production and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve manufacturing performance
- Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and production efficiency
- Maintain accurate engineering records and prepare reports
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Diploma or above in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering support environment
- Experience working in a production or factory environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ESD practices is an advantage
- Basic project coordination experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Able to commit to rotating day and night shifts after the training period
