Position: Manufacturing Lead (Date Centre) |$4500 - $5100 |  | 4 Days Work Week

WE'RE HIRING: MANUFACTURING LEAD

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with strong leadership skills? Join a dynamic production environment where you'll lead daily operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and develop high-performing teams.

Work Location: Tampines

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary:
    Up to $4,500
  • 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
  • 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
  • Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per work day
Working Hours First 3 Months (Training)

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts

  • Day

    Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Night

    Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Fixed 4-Day Work Week (Choose ONE Team)

Team A: Monday – Thursday

Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday

Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and productivity targets.
  • Monitor production performance and promptly elevate operational or quality issues where required.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and operational records.
  • Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient line operations.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and implementation activities.
  • Coach, guide and support production staff and junior team leaders.
  • Promote a safe, quality-focused and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  • Support onboarding, training and probation assessments for new team members.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist other production areas when operationally required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a production team is preferred.
  • Good reporting, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands‑on with good manual dexterity.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks when required.
  • Comfortable working rotating 12‑hour shifts.
