Assembly Operator Shift

Salary: $2,300 - $2,800/month

Shift Work Required

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guideline sat all times
• Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required

• Technical Institute, Vocational School, or High School qualification and above
• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment
• Basic computer skills for production-related tasks
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player
