Test Operator (Manufacturing) |$3,300 - $3,700 | 4 Days Work Week | Tampines

Looking for an opportunity in advanced manufacturing? Join a global technology manufacturing environment where you'll be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of server systems and rack-mounted products.

• Basic Salary: S $2,800 – S $3,200
• 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: Additional S $12 per shift
• 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: Additional S $24 per shift
• Meal & Transport Allowance: S $16 per workday
• Rest Day: Every Sunday

• Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products.
• Execute testing procedures and accurately record test results according to work instructions.
• Support packing, labelling, shipping, and other production-related activities when required.
• Perform BIOS, burn-in, pressure testing, and other technical testing activities as assigned.
• Follow established testing procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Carry out other production-related duties as assigned.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or testing environment.
• Technical school, vocational school, high school qualification, or equivalent and above.
• Basic computer literacy and technical knowledge.
• Experience in server or hardware testing will be an advantage.
• Able to commit to rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
  .

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating shifts:
  Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Choose one of the following shift teams:

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
