? A leading company in Tampines is expanding and hiring hands-on Assembly Operators to join their growing production team!

• Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 / month (Depending on experience)

• Daily Meal Allowance: $8 per workday

• Daily Transport Allowance: $8 per workday

• Shift Allowances (Paid per workday):

  • 12-Hour Day Shift: +$12 / shift

  • 12-Hour Night Shift: +$24 / shift

• Location: Tampines

• Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!

• Training Phase (First 3 Months): Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Subsequent Months (Weekly Rotating Day/Night Shifts):

  • Day Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM | Night Shift: 8 PM – 8 AM

  • Choose the 4-day shift pattern that fits your life:

    • Team A: Monday to Thursday

    • Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday

    • Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

• Perform hands-on server assembly tasks on the production line (including assembling chassis and hard drives).

• Assemble, build, and set up server racks and cabinets.

• Execute general production line duties (unpacking components, packaging finished goods, etc.).

• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas.

• Support other ad-hoc production duties assigned by management.

• Prior experience in server or electronics assembly is required.

• Able to comfortably commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts (after the initial 3-month training phase).
