• Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift

Location:

Tampines

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
• Day: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

• Team A:
  Monday – Thursday
• Team B:
  Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C:
  Wednesday – Saturday

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily manufacturing targets.

• Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Monitor production schedules, output, and productivity levels.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.

• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.

• Prepare production reports and communicate updates to management.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead / Supervisor experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or assembly environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
