Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to $2,600 base per month (depending on relevant experience)
Shift Allowance:
Day Shift (12-hour): S $12/worked shift
Night Shift (12-hour): S $24/worked shift
Meal Allowance: S $8/worked day
Transport Allowance: S $8/worked day
Sundays are designated rest days
Working Hours:
Training Period (First 3 Months):
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating shifts monthly
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Monday – Thursday/Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday/ Wednesday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets.
- Perform assembly work on the production line.
- Carry out unpacking, packaging, rack building, and related production activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
- Comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in server assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing production!
- Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts after the training period.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods
