Quality Inspector (QA/QC) | Up to $2,800 + Allowances | 4-Day Work Week | Tampines
We are hiring Quality Inspectors (QA/QC) to join a leading data centre manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing, or electronics assembly experience who are looking for a stable permanent role with attractive shift allowances and every Sunday off.
Salary & BenefitsBasic Salary:
Up to $2,800/month
Meal Allowance: $8 per workday
Transport Allowance: $8 per workday
Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
Work Location: Tampines (East)
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Every Sunday Off
Key Responsibilities- Perform product inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Assist in failure analysis
, defect identification, and quality reporting. - Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
- Comply with quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to work on rotating shifts
.
- Technical school, vocational school, high school diploma, NITEC or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics
. - Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to use torque screwdrivers and multimeters
. - Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
. - Able to maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
. - Good command of English (working language).
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
4-Day Work Week (Fixed Team Assignment)
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Rest Day: Every Sunday
