Quality Lead​/QA QC Supervisor

Basic Salary:
Up to $4,200 + Shift Allowances + Daily Meal & Transport Allowance

• Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to achieve quality, inspection, and production targets.

• Oversee quality activities across incoming inspection, assembly, repair, final inspection, and packing processes.

• Ensure defects are identified and contained before products reach customers.

• Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and operational records.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and manufacturing efficiency.

• Coach and guide team members to strengthen quality standards and operational excellence.

• Work closely with production and cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality environment.

• Experience leading or supervising quality inspectors or production teams.

• Good understanding of quality inspection processes, defect control, and manufacturing operations.

• Able to maintain accurate reports and documentation.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, or equivalent preferred.

Basic Salary: Up to $4,200

• 12‑hour Day Shift: +$12 per shift

• 12‑hour Night Shift: +$24 per shift

• Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per working day

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
