Quality Lead (Manufacturing)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200 + Shift Allowances + Daily Meal & Transport Allowance
Location: Tampines
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Sundays Off | Career Progression

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to achieve quality, inspection, and production targets.
- Oversee quality activities across incoming inspection, assembly, repair, final inspection, and packing processes.
- Ensure defects are identified and contained before products reach customers.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Coach and guide team members to strengthen quality standards and operational excellence.
- Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality environment.
- Experience leading or supervising quality inspectors or production teams.
- Good understanding of quality inspection processes, defect control, and manufacturing operations.
- Able to maintain accurate reports and documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, or equivalent preferred.
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200
Additional Allowances- 12-hour Day Shift: +$12 per shift
- 12-hour Night Shift: +$24 per shift
- Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per working day
Training Period (First 3 Months)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
- Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Choose one of the following fixed teams:
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
