The Kitchen Cleaner will report to the Executive Chef. The kitchen cleaner will be responsible for the assigned jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
Job Role & Responsibilities- Dishwashing of children tray & cutlery
- Keeping the IC Drain & Scupper drain clean at all times
- Cleaning & clearing all rubbish to the collection area daily
- Cleaning & mopping of kitchen floor, dry store & Chef Office Clean daily
- Cleaning of all walk-in chillers & all fridges
- Washing of catering tablecloths & cooking cloth daily.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen
- Working experience in school setting is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
