• Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting customers with fashion apparel selection and recommendations
  .
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising, product displays and store presentation
  .
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, stock replenishment and inventory duties.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties and promotional activities.

• Prior experience in retail, fashion apparel, lifestyle or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong interest in fashion with good product knowledge and a customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging customers.
• Sales-driven, responsible and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
