• Provides good customer service and communicates with people at all levels.
• Works a fixed 12‑hour shift (no rotation).
• Uses PC for administrative tasks.
• Conducts traffic control, issues visitor and contractor passes, patrols premises, protects client buildings, and manages access control.

• Possesses a valid security licence.
• Has completed the WSQ RTT training.
