Job Overview

As an Assistant Centre Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for the children.

• Oversee the daily care, safety, and well-being of children in the centre
• Fetch children from schools or designated pick-up points
• Coordinate daily tea breaks and arrange lunch with external vendors
• Plan and support holiday programmes and centre activities
• Serve as a key point of contact for management and parents
• Provide guidance on children’s schoolwork and conduct tuition classes when required
• Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and parent communications
• Assist with student registrations, payments, and basic administrative matters
• Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the centre
• Support manpower planning and staff coordination
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Prior tutoring experience

• Shift work is required during school holiday
