Assistant F&B Executive

Professor Brawn Ltd is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) which provides job and social integration opportunities to people with special needs and the disadvantaged in society. Its mission is to provide affordable good food by an inclusive quality workforce comprising people of different abilities, ages and socio-economic background.

Professor Brawn Ltd operates across 3 different locations including Pathlight School (AMK) and Pathlight School (Tampines) which is the largest special education school in Singapore.

We are looking for an Assistant F&B Executive for our Tampines outlet.

• Being responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily job duties and tasks involving pre-opening, operations, and post-closing of the outlet
• Supervise and guide staff on their given duties and responsibilities
• Taking charge of assignment planning and scheduling staff for their meals/breaks
• Providing service and ensuring service procedures and given standards are followed by the staff
• Supervise the cleaning of equipment (internal and external), guiding and showing staff where they find difficulties in doing so
• Handling complaints
• Ensuring that staff adhere to SFA food handling procedures and policy
• Operate POS system and performing cashiering duties
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
• Comfortable with being redeployed to different work locations and possibility of more than one location a day
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to adapt to diverse people and environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
• Strong desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help special needs individuals
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week
