Responsibilities:
- Support student conduct, bullying and peer-conflict cases.
- Conduct fact-finding, student engagement and case documentation.
- Support conflict resolution and parent communication under the guidance of the Year Head.
- Supervise students during recess, detention and other designated activities.
- Escalate serious or sensitive cases to the appropriate school personnel.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education or related fields preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience working with children/youths.
- Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Mature, patient and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Duration/
Working hours:
2 months contract (Immediate)
- Mon, Wed & Fri: 9.00am-2.00pm
- Tue & Thu: 9.00am-4.00pm
- 1-hour lunch break included
- No service on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
