Responsibilities:- Pick and pack daily orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Print shipping labels and ensure marketplace packaging requirements are met.
- Perform quality control by recording packed lighting products before dispatch.
- Apply English product labels and include instruction manuals.
- Arrange courier pickups and manage collection schedules.
- Process customer returns by inspecting, restocking, or flagging defective items.
- Maintain packaging materials inventory.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Up to $2,400
- Mon to Fri & Alternate Sat: 9.30am–5.30pm
- Tampines
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
- Familiar with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good packing accuracy.
- Able to handle warehouse duties.
