Quality Administration Assistant (Part Time)
Tamworth | £12.60 per hour | Monday–Friday 4pm–8pm

We are now recruiting for Quality Administration Assistants to join their Tamworth office on a part time basis.

The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to support operational quality standards by ensuring meter engineer job returns are accurate, complete and fully supported by compliant photographic evidence. This is a key role in maintaining data integrity across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate engineer job returns, ensuring all submitted data is complete, accurate and aligned with supporting photographic evidence
  • Review photo quality and compliance, confirming images meet required metering standards and reflect recorded job activity
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal spreadsheets with accurate, real-time information
  • Liaise confidently with engineers, clients and stakeholders to clarify discrepancies or request further information
  • Assist with stock and inventory updates, ensuring records accurately reflect field usage
  • Provide support to the Contact Centre during peak periods
  • Approach all tasks with a strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards across all quality and administrative activities
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
  • Ability to work independently, apply logical thinking and exercise sound judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel including formulas, data checking and basic reporting
  • Reliable, punctual, organised and proactive approach to work
Qualifications

Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm (flexibility may be required depending on workload)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
