This is a Full time, temporary position covering maternity leave.

• Arranging delivery dates with customers for delivery of their new vehicles.

• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place prior to vehicle delivery.
• First line resolution of any issues on vehicle delivery.

• Previous motor trade or car dealership experience is not essential, but a general knowledge of vehicle makes and models would be an advantage.
• Great telephone skills
• Be confident with various computer software
• Have a passion and an eye for detail for customer service.
