We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take this proposition to market.
You will- Drive new business acquisition – Identify, approach, and win new clients across importers, exporters, and supply chain operators.
- Sell consultative solutions – Position integrated trade and technology solutions, not transactional freight services.
- Develop strategic partnerships – Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
- Identify market gaps – Work closely with internal technology and operations teams to develop tailored, value-led solutions.
- Own your territory – Build and execute a regional growth strategy with strong leadership support.
- Contribute to scale-up growth – Play an active role in shaping commercial strategy as the business expands.
- Proven success in field sales, business development, or consultative solution selling.
- Experience with in freight forwarding, 4PL, logistics, supply chain services, or technology-enabled service models (SaaS exposure advantageous).
- Strong commercial acumen with a partnership-focused sales approach.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making structures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to thrive in a fast-scaling, ambitious business.
