Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Collections Executive to join their friendly and supportive team.

• As a Collections Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
• Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment, aiming to resolve matters in a single call. Your calls will be on an auto dialler so you don’t even have to think who to call next.
• Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries.
• Taking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently.
• Issuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required.
• This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.

• Ideally educated to graduate level (though this isn’t essential).
• Confident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations.
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Competitive salary plus monthly bonus – average £200 per month (typically ranging from £50–£600 depending on performance and business volumes).
